Director of Marketing

Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of the marketing and brand strategy for the company and reports directly to the founders. This leader will manage a small but growing team of marketing and digital communication specialists and work with the other senior leadership of the company to develop products and sales pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives
  • Develop and implement marketing plans, including promotional calendars and programs, new product introductions and other marketing projects
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets
  • Conduct customer, brand, and product research initiatives in collaboration with Director of Business Development and Director of Innovation
  • Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media, and events
  • Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
  • Manage agency providers, consultants, freelancers and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management
  • Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules, and deadlines
  • Direct marketing analytics initiatives

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in marketing or digital communications or equivalent experience
  • Experience with developing brand standards and corporate identity for new company or enhancing and enforcing existing branding and identity in established company

Marketing Coordinator

Location

Summary

The role is responsible for supporting the development and execution of AVIAÂ brand and communications activity. The role holder will help to co-ordinate the marketing materials, sales presentations and develop and enforce brand guidelines for all communication activity across all channels including website, conference literature and social media activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Management Team with presentations and sales materials
  • Assist the Leadership Team with board presentations and AVIAÂ communications
  • Manage the branding activity and develop guidelines on AVIAÂ’s branding both internally with the company use of branding and externally to ensure high standards are met
  • Manage the online presence of AVIAÂ on social media
  • Regularly review and make recommendations of the AVIAÂ website
  • Ensure that all activity has a clear purpose and business need / benefit and measure and report on these on an ongoing basis
  • Support the consistent implementation of company initiatives and ensure these meet the budgets set
  • Assist the Marketing Director with the business marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in marketing or digital communications or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of commercial organisations and marketing strategies
  • Highly energetic and driven – able to work with team and work self-sufficiently
  • Experience of using social media for communication and marketing
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills

Data Analyst

Location

London Oxford Airport, Kidlington

Summary

AVIAÂ, as a start-up is looking to establish its processes and develop best practices in data analysis. AVIAÂ’s provides detailed analysis of each member aircraft across eight business segments in a variety of ways. The role of the Data Analyst is to understand the commercial impact of the data requirements and then collate the data and format and present the data to be used throughout the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Member of the Client Support Services Team
  • Reporting to Client Support Services Director
  • Working with the IT department to design and implement data capturing processes, analysing and presenting data in a format that can be used by AVIA to identify key contract opportunities.
  • Assist the Supply Chain Services Team in interpreting the data
  • Liaise with the Relationship Management Team to ensure the best understanding of new members
  • Present contractual data to assist in our negotiations with suppliers and new members
  • Compare and present customers’ current contractual arrangements with those obtained by being a member to show better value.
  • Assist with various teams to define the best data analysis process to ensure AVIA is the market leader

Qualifications

  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential (advance formulas, VBA, pivot tables)
  • Experience in an analytical role within a commercial environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as interaction with clients is key to establish their needs and elicit the information required.
  • Applicants must be articulate, well presented and able to present to senior management and founders
  • Experience with Sales Force or other similar CRM systems would be advantageous but not essential
  • An interest in aviation is desirable but not essential

IT Manager - Oxford Office

For the right candidate, this is a great opportunity to take ownership and hands-on responsibility for the delivery, maintenance, support and upkeep of a small company’s IT systems and equipment (hardware and software), ensuring continuous improvement as we grow and expand.

Responsibilities

– Supporting the provision of Information Systems that enable a robust and secure IT infrastructure
– Working with external suppliers and Internal stakeholders
– Working with key stakeholders to ensure that the IT infrastructure is fit for purpose and meets the current and future needs of the business
– Taking a hands-on approach to managing and maintaining all IT systems and equipment (hardware and software), including SalesForce, Sage Accounting, SKYPE for Business, and Office 365
– Integrating new platforms and systems globally and training staff to use them successfully
– Maintaining all IT and Communications hardware & software, ensuring that they are up to date and functioning correctly
– Ensuring that systems, data and IT equipment are secure, adhering to industry security standards
– Managing all IT support to the business ensuring that all issues are prioritised, addressed in a timely manner and staff informed of progress
– Maintaining an up to date inventories of IT assets including IT hardware and software licences
– Monitoring trends in Information technology and telecommunications and making recommendations as appropriate that could enhance the Company IT delivery.

Technical requirements

Sales Representative

 

 

We are seeking to hire multiple members of our Sales and Business Development team who will manage an individual territory to engage with potential customers, including members (owners, operators, and charter holders) and/or supplier partners.

Key Responsabilities and Accountables

  • Reports to either the Director of Member Sales or the Director of Supplier Sales within the larger Business Development team
  • Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
  • Represent AVIAÂ by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of owners, operators, and suppliers in the business aviation industry.
  • Increase territory volume by building and maintaining strong business relationships, develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed territory objectives and goals.
  • Communicate with new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, new techniques and educational programs.
  • Hand off established customer accounts to customer success team and support continued engagement across those relationships.
  • Maintain an accurate proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) database (SalesForce). Includes forecasting, lead generation and account maintenance.
  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other organizational requirements.

Person/Profile Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years’ previous sales experience, transportation or luxury goods preferred.
  • Business aviation experience a PLUS.

We are seeking an analytical, detail oriented leader with both business and legal experience to design and manage our contracting processes. AVIAÂ engages in contracts with members for guaranteed annual savings on aircraft operating costs as well as with suppliers for marketing, access to our members, and guaranteed pricing for members. This leader should have service design experience as well as a JD and contracts experience. An ideal candidate will also be versed in the specifics of the aviation industry, having either worked with high net worth clients, such as our members, or through the aviation industry directly.

 Requirements

The role of the Data Analyst is to understand the commercial importance of the data and to assist in interpreting and presenting data for various business needs.

Key Responsabillities and Accountables

  • Reports to Director of Analytics
  • Working with the IT department to assist with data capturing processes, analysing and presenting data in a format that can be used by AVIAÂ to identify key contract opportunities.

Salesforce Administrator

 

 

We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator to understand and proactively monitor all aspects of the Salesforce technical/functional capabilities, execute all changes related to the Salesforce day to day work and third-party integrations, and support business initiatives with optimized reporting and dashboards. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in data analytics and work with the customer support and business development teams to create innovating processes and initiatives related to data analytics.

Key Responsabilities

  • Manages security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, sharing rules and other setup options
  • Prepare data files and uploads the data into Salesforce using the data loader and other 3rd party tools
  • Provides technical support, training, and backup for customer service and business development teams using Sales and Service Cloud
  • Manages a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows
  • Defines, communicates, and manages a Change Management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updates to existing applications
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce.com
  • Shares best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contributes to the knowledge base
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Provides the management team with activity dashboards as needed applications and the user interface using Salesforce.com programming languages
  • When necessary, manages contracted/outsourced resources to execute on additional Salesforce development projects
  • Leads Salesforce user training, both in-person and remote

Person/Profile Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years experience working with Salesforce as administrator and analyst
  • Experience with Lightning essential
  • Experience with Sales and Service clouds a plus
