Our core team has over 100 years of experience in aviation and
another fifty years in procurement, IT, and design.
Dustin started his career in aircraft sales in 1996. He then went on to found Hangar8 in 2002 – an aircraft sales and management company. Hangar8 became the first publicly listed aircraft management company on the LSE by 2010 with over 50 heavy jets and a maintenance organisation. Dustin left Hangar8 as part of a £120m merge with a global aircraft management company in 2015, making it the second largest management company in the world.
Jim founded and led several organizations including Insurance Point, sold to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co in July 2014; Ebenefits.com, a successful web based human resource benefits administration system, sold to UPMC 2007; and Versa Ventures, a management consulting and investment firm. Insurance Point is the largest provider of insurance products sold through US group purchasing organizations.
Director of Finance
Stacey has spent most of her career becoming an expert in the specialized field of aviation finances. After studying Accounting and Taxation at Bournemouth University, she then became a qualified chartered accountant. Stacey found her first job in the finance industry at Hangar8, a private jet operator headquartered in the UK with fleet bases around the globe. Stacey brings financial acumen and dedication to learning a complex industry from as many perspectives as possible.
Director of Supply Chain
Miles’ career in aviation began in 2007 as an aircraft charter broker for a leading UK company. In 2010 he joined Hangar8, managing a fleet of private jets which were responsible for 35% of group revenue in 2016. Miles is also a qualified pilot and gliding instructor.
Director of Innovation
Gillian is responsible for the innovative technologies underlying Aviaâ’s unique purchasing approach. Throughout her career, Gillian has focused on delivering visionary user centric innovation. Her prior experience includes solutions development and user experience research for Deloitte Consulting, Avanade, Intel, IBM, and Roundarch. She holds a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University and a PhD in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology. She is the holder of the Kleist Professorship in Informatics at the University of California, Irvine.
Managing Partner, Paxion
Fritz is an active member of The Wolff Company’s Executive Committee, and co-heads the firm’s Investment Committee. Fritz has more than two decades of real estate investment experience. Fritz co-founded Katerra, which provides design, sourcing, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics services to the construction industry. He completed an OPM Program at Harvard University and is a founding member of YPO Scottsdale.
